Fingerprint Information
It’s important to remember that applicants MUST wait to receive an email sent by the Licensing Division authorizing each applicant to be fingerprinted, before an applicant can be fingerprinted for a gaming or bingo license. Upon acceptance of a completed application and a non-refundable application fee, this authorization email will be sent to the applicant, along with a link to register for fingerprints. Fingerprints submitted prior to receiving the authorizing email will not be accepted. In this event, the applicant will be required to re-register and make a new fingerprint submission at their own cost. Applicants are required to get fingerprinted within ten days of receiving the New Mexico Gaming Control Board authorization email.
